Not sure why it’s rated so high, as it’s one of the most mediocre tapas places I’ve been in Sevilla. Dirty tables, tapas are basically overcooked pork meat / onion beef stew (made probably 2 years ago, meaning - not fresh) in the middle of the white bread. We tried it and we left asap. Never again.

El Var is a great local place for tapas of all sorts, I had frittata and delicious meat in tomatoe sauce, and they had lots of local beers and vino :) cute place for a quiet local beer
Must try the tortilla with goats cheese and JoaquÃns homemade mayonnaise. It’s a game changer!!
